Still getting weird breathing issues but I can breath a lot better/
I think at this rate I should be back running in a week.
Also I was able to free up hundreds of GB of space by archiving older video recordings and transcoding them to an H.264 format capable of running on Windows, idevices, Samsung BD player, media player, my Android phone and HTML 5 web pages.
Just doing pushups and situps.
