Getting Easier To Run

Good news, body still struggling but improving on working out.  It is possible I will be running a 5k by end of month.  Then by end of February I should be clocking a 7 mile under 2 hours.

Breathing is better, but I am still coughing hard enough to cramp.

Still a way to go and weight is an issue, but progress is there.  Maybe in Feb will do 2 a days.
