OK, I got up and did my run today. Huge struggle just to run half a mile. Untimed, just a 1/2 lap 1/2 walk.
Couple things working against me, the biggest is this cold I am trying to get over, running in the cold weather was not a great idea, but I felt like my chest did start to clear up.
Then was the drinking last night, I did not over do like I have done in the past, but I am certainly hanging a bit.
Finally, the real reason, I am out of shape.
Hope to get to a full mile in 2 weeks, then 2 miles in 3 with a 5k by end of month.
First weigh in, I kind of want this number to be high, shows huge progress when it goes down.
