What I am talking about is rest. I was up till 4:30AM got up at 8 to go to work and had a super busy day. At 2PM I had to make a presentation. To top it all off I was working late. I am stretched thin and can feel the effects.
So I would say all three I want a break, I deserve a break, I need a break.
Did a simple pushups and situps today. Need sleep.
