I had to get up to go to work at 1AM today, I was a walking zombie by 7AM.
I don’t have the endurance I had in the past. Anyway, went to bed at 8 for 2 hours then could not sleep right after that.
I just lay there awake until kids came home from school. Feel better now but I think I need a deep sleep tonight.
Didn’t even eat dinner yet, gonna just do minimal pushups and situps today.
