One of the things the Jade from Retrofit told me was to accomplish little goals and it will help feel a sense of accomplishment.
Totally agree, today I felt like doing NOTHING when I got home, but I got off my butt and jumped on the treadmill. Had a decent run, surprised I did not crack 10,000 steps during the run but am OK, right now my steps are over 9,700. But hope to go to bed soon.
Also headaches are gone, not sure if it is getting sleep or drinking the water I need to drink.
Need to keep pushing, little victories help.
