Tried to run again today, went a little farther than yesterday, just need to show progress. Distance and speed will come as weight drops.
Missed a normal lunch today throwing off my eating schedule.
Really need to get back into some good habits.
One step at a time though, need to avoid eating late, make an effort to eat breakfast and get a a run in.
Speaking of run, a 1/2 lap plus a 1.5 walk got me past 10,000 steps.
Finally, I looked at some my medication and WOW, I should have been shopping for cheaper prices.
