Dare I say three a day?
I did hit the gym this morning where I burned 279.4 calories on the treadmill.
Then we had an event at work where we walked for more than 2 miles picking up trash. I logged that in as 300 calories.
Then in the evening I ran a 1 lap plus walked 1.
One lap was still kind of slow.
Time: 14:32.85
But that was another 500 calories.
When I got home I weighed in before dinner and cracked 280 for the first time in weeks. I weighed in at 279.8. Unfortunately that is not my official weight. Here it is from this morning.
