Seven Days of Two-A-Days

This morning I was so hungry, my stomach hurt.  A few crackers and a granola bar helped, but I need to keep an eye on these hunger pangs.

I made one of my waypoints today, which was to run RTC in 15 minutes.

Wow, it was a struggle, but I did it.  Tomorrow I am going to attempt to run 1 mile in 12 minutes on the treadmill, if successful, that should take care of the Waypoint 1 speed goals.

I am also going to attempt the Strength portion tomorrow.

The next one is the weight goal, I may be able to meet it in 7 days, I will try by doing two a day workouts, 500 calories in the morning and 500 in the evening.

I should knock out that easily tomorrow.  If I can lose a lb every 2 days, I will have met my goal.
