I guess my legs are there somewhere, they are not gone.
Today I ran 2 consecutive 4 pluses for a total of under 2 hours
First one
Time: 56:04
Second One
Time: 1:56:56 ( so 1:00:52 )
I did a cool down walk of 1 lap and finished off with a total 2:19:12
The last walk is actually pretty slow, still it supposedto be a walk but the competitiveness came out and I tried to keep the walk under 20 minutes but before I realized I was walking pretty slow, it was too late.
Still I probably had enough gas in my tank to do one more 4+, but right now I project my time to be longer than 3 hours but less than 3 1/2.
Still feel good, I should hydrate the upcoming days though.
