I am wondering what is in store tomorrow. Seems like a later start than usual, I get to sleep in because the first session looks to be at 10AM.
Will post more tomorrow though.
Worked out with personal trainer today, did chest and back and she pushed me, I could do no more and I thought I was strong for the chest and back.
I have written this week off, I usually do, this is like the break before I start running hard.
