Wow, I am behind, feel like as a get older I get slower.
One thing I do want to note is that I was pacing myself. I kept track of of watch and as I hit the 7 mile marker it was clear I was doing better than a 12 minute mile.
So in a way, I think I could have done better if I knew how much time I really had left.
Good news is I did find my heart rate monitor, I will start using it for training.
