It was raining a little today, but enough that my son convinced me not to run Lake Washington.
Instead we both ran on the treadmill. I wanted to do 2 hours on the treadmill but I learned that the max I could do was 99 minutes. In that time I did 6.3 miles, I need to get that to 7.5 in 90 minutes in 6 weeks. I did burn a ton of calories, in fact the display only went to 999 calories before it rolled over to 235. So I actually burned 1235 calories.
Speed was 3.9MPH which was pretty slow, but towards the end I was really burning out.
But my weight was at a good place, finally cracked 280.
