Been averaging a few minutes of working out over 30 minutes per day, I think in March I will up that to 45 minutes. I think it is doable because I feel pretty good especially today.
I was in the gym and up’d the speed on the treadmill to 5.5MPH with the last minute to 6MPH.
Didn’t feel like it was a huge struggle, that is a sign that I am absolutely getting into shape. That makes me happy.
Hope it continues, anyway tomorrow is supposed to be a light day.
