I woke up at 7AM, and feel pretty good, sun starting to peek early nowadays and I like it.
Ran a 30 min
Also worked out in the afternoon warming up with a a 15 minute run on the treadmill in the gym and doing some chest workouts.
Certainly need to focus on some weight training, getting weaker.
Another late post by 6 minutes, can’t wait till day light savings returns so I can post a proper time.
