I burned out bad this weekend, workout wise I did what I set out to do, but I still came up short in the goals I set to do this weekend.
Part of the reason was I was up so late last night working that after church and lunch today I had to sleep. My body couldn’t take it anymore.
I woke up and did a 1 lap + 1 walk, decent time
Time: 12:52.12
But it was overshadowed by the fact I stretched myself thin this weekend. I hope to get some good sleep in order to have a fresh start of a week.
