Hurting After Run

I feel beat up, mentally and physically.

There has been a lot to do at work, luckily it seems like stuff is not falling apart.

Lack of sleep has affected my performance.

Also supposed to be a rest day today, with an easy 1 lap, I thought I had a good time but the stopwatch says otherwise.

Time: 13:05:88

To make things worse I think I hurt my left ankle.

Hopefully I will get my stuff together and improve.  Incredibly though, I ran a lap exactly 1 year ago and my time was over 14 minutes.

Unfortunately,  I am 12.2 lbs heavier than I was last year, but it is a different scale.
