Last time I ran for 18 minutes today I ran for 20 on the new treadmill, burned 304 calories which is not much over the last one of 299.
Just need to punch through this slump, my body will get there and one day click.
I am thinking of going back to no-xplode though.
Gonna try and see if I can get to 4.3 miles on the treadmill by end of month (under an hour).
Need goals, that is as good as any.
Also found out through research that my lower end wyse boxes will not run magicjack, not enough horsepoer.
