Returning Good Habits

I did some reflection today, I think one of the big things I need to do is go back to some of the good habits I engaged in when I was successful at getting fit.

Here is the initial list

  • No midnight snacking
  • Take a daily multivitamin
  • 1 gal of water a day
  • At least 1 mile run a day
  • Don’t eat till you are full
  • Go to bed before 12
  • Eat Breakfast

I think I just forgot to do these things, there are more, I think I will do a regular page on this.  Kind of important for long term success.

I did hit the gym today and not want to push it on the treadmill.  I think that I need to get my weight down through nutrition rather than brute force.

Also did chest and tri’s before running out of time.  My left shoulder feels tweaked, was like that for a week now.  Not as sore but still something in there.  Maybe I should not push the shoulders.
