Yesterday, which was last year, the post was titled the long fall, I guess with the the new year here, this is appropriate to call it the long climb, because I am starting the new year off not in a good position.
First off, I ran a 1 lap plus a 1 walk, and it hurt. It was a hard run to do. I am absolutely out of shape.
Second, I feel so lazy, no motivation at all.
