This morning I ran an untimed 1 lap, thought I was going to die.
But after work I hit the gym, and I think this will be the norm, doing two a days on Tuesdays.
I was able to bench 225 again, also was on treadmill for 387 calories and a hair under 2 miles.
If I can get my bench to 245 or even 265 I would be happy, I am good with that amount.
I do need to speed up and gain endurance though. Recall yesterday my workout buddy Jamie rocked the treadmill, I need to keep up.
This weigh in came under official conditions. But it is weird cause in the evening I weighed in at 277.0.
