Trying to get 500 calories burned

I forgot that working out takes time.  Time that is running in short supply during the day.

I went to work early, hoping to leave early, but I got three requests right before leaving, slowing me down enough to miss the bus twice.

I still need to add another lap walk because I have only burned 360 calories.

Next bus comes by in 20 minutes, I think I may be able to squeeze it, but no rest for me once I get home.
