I forgot I like running in the evening right as the sun sets. I also forgot I need to run faster, before its gets too dark.
Either that or start earlier.
I ran a 1 lap + a 2 lap walk (instead of the usual 1 lap walk)
But I tested a new jogging app that works in conjunction with my phones GPS
Also used my phones google drive connection to send it to my desktop so I can post my run here.

Although my time did suck. Still fun that I could to a true review, technical and training category in one blog post.
Finally, this is D-Day, or start week, 10 week to get into shape and lose 20lbs. Maybe I should make it more of a weight lost goal.
