I was on the treadmill today and it was struggle.
My body has certainly lost a lot of endurance and strength
Just 22 minutes and a 5 minute cool down killed me.
I also was pretty weak when I tried to bench, barely got off 4 sets of 10 reps benching just a single 45lb weight.
I was happily surprised today when my friend Abbie said she wanted to run. I hope she is sincere, getting out there is the greatest hurdle.
As for me I need to get into the gym more. This week will be a good test.
