I went to bed last night at 1AM and got up at 4AM, yes the math says 3 hours of sleep.
Then I got ready and was at work from 5:40AM all the way to 5PM.
Finally, I would have had to wait for the next yoga session and the drive would have been brutal.
Recall one time I had to stop on the way home and take a nap lest I fall asleep driving.
When I finally got home, I passed out. Soo tired. So for today, just doing pushups and situps.
