I finished my 5th yoga session today, first time I had to lay down and rest. I was really beat today.
Felt like I did sweat more than usual, I barely ate too. That means I must of pigged out over the weekend.
Need to exercise control.
Anyway, my niece did show me a new yoga groupon this time in Renton so the commute won’t be so brutal. Would like to start at the end of this year or the beginning of next year to get my body ready for Rock and Roll.
Before I start I promised my niece I would try crossfit.
Feeling bloated, maybe that is why I struggled today in yoga, explains the weight too.
