Need Some Motivation

Ran a two lap this morning, I really felt like quitting after 1 lap.  One of the things that kept me going was knowing that if I gave an excuse not to run that second lap, I will give more excuses later.

I worked out some more in at the gym this afternoon.  It was a little better, but took some motivating to get started.

I did run faster.  I tried seeing if I could complete a mile under 10 minutes, for sure I did.  In fact I did 1.1 miles in 10 minutes and the last 2 minutes was faster than 7 mph, and in fact I did the last 30 seconds at 7.5.  Which is the direction of how fast I should go.

I feel bloated, thought for sure I was going to be heavier, this is where I expect to be though.
