Working on New Playlist

I tried a nw set of songs to see if that would help my run, it kind of did.

Ran a four plus

Usually the music keeps me on pace, but with new songs, I am not sure if I am running slower or faster than usual.

It was not too bad though, but I was supposed to run another mile, I tried but felt some painĀ  in my lower groin and did not want to push it.

I am thinking of running 4 miles tomorrow as well, then 4 miles on the treadmill on Wednesday thenĀ 1 each on Thursday and Friday to try and rest for a half marathon Saturday.

This is going to be an interesting week.
