I am feeling better, more rested, most of all my stomach is not upset.
Its important to note that there were two things wrong with my stomach,
The first seems to be strain, from all that running, taking it easy this week has helped that cause.
The next is the weird stuff I had yesterday, my stomach has eased considerably.
No way I was going to run today, the unexpected rain settled that. Still even if it did not rain, my body could use another day of rest.
Tomorrow I got some training with the personal trainer, that will ease me back in to the grove.
Just gonna do some pushups and situps for today.
