I got up this morning but my body felt so tired. Not sure why, but I laid back on the couch and slept some more. Finally got up and ran a 2 plus, it was a nice pick me up

It’s not a bad time, I would see it was a B- grade.
I noticed I finished my first lap at exactly 13 minutes, so the second lap was considerably faster. In fact if I ran the first lap as fast as the second lap, I think it would be a new record.
What I am saying is that it was really hard for me to get started today, and I think I had a decent amount of sleep. There must be some sleep debt that I owe.
Still got gym tonight.
Today I am surprised with my weight, I thought it would be less.
