Short answer: I dunno
I coworker asked me if I liked working out. I never had a good answer. What does drive me? I am not sure if I like working out or not.
Anyway after some thought, I think it is the struggle and overcoming it. The puzzle of losing weight and getting fit.
What works, what doesn’t.
I think maybe that what drives me, solving the puzzle.
Still I am not sure.
I did hit the gym today, was able to run 1 mile in under 10 minutes. That is a start, I feeling good for tomorrow’s run.
