My shoulder is tight and it really impacts my run, I am not sure why it is tight.
Today after my workout I had my wife massage my shoulder, it felt awesome.
I wonder now if I massaged or stretched my shoulder out before my run if it will help me out.
Anyway, did another 3 miles on the treadmill today, so that makes 2 on Sunday, 4 on Monday, 4 Yesterday and now 3 Today, I think I can hit my 20 mile per week mark.
