Some Weight Lifting

I can’t completely ignore weightlifting.  I hit some of it today and cramped up.

I feel like I need to slowly get back in to the weight portion of my workout.  It should benefit my cardio workout.

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, not fast, but that is not the point, the point is endurance.  I will try to get in a more endurance type of workout with some weights.
