Being Able to Breath

It does make a huge difference, I am not sure why but this morning’s run was nice and fast.

I want to note that I finished it at about 23:18 but the dang stop button was not pushed properly.

Anyway, my legs felt good, breathing felt good, had a decent stretch before I ran and I did not immediately run when I woke up… I let my body get up slowly.

Today was another case of “If I knew it was gonna be a good run I would push harder”

My weigh in today does not bother me so much, this was a morning weigh in and I still got my afternoon workout.
