Hurt of Injured

Maybe I should have said strain or injury. 

I don’t feel right, I feel like if I push hard whether running or weights, my lower abdomen feels weird.

It kind of hurts but not unbearable, in fact after I few minutes on the treadmill it goes away.

I am a little worried, not sure what this leads to.

Anyway, I did hit the gym with a pretty good workout.  It is too wet to run outside.  May have to hit the gym again tomorrow.
