Maybe Pulled Something

I have been pushing it the past few days.  I think I  may have pulled something in my stomach (lower part).  I never had a hernia not sure if this is one.

I started noticing it on Friday, not sure when, I think was in the gym.  Yesterday when I did some pushups and situps, I felt it again.

Gonna do some more pushups and situps today, no run.

Hope I am not injured and something is just strained and needs resting.

It also was raining so maybe it was a sign to stay home.

Tomorrow I will run again.
