Did a workout video this morning, felt better, like I can hang in there. Each day I can feel my body changing.
But last night was a long night, I felt beat for most of the day. It hit right around lunch.
Hope tonight I recapture some sleep.
When I got home, I felt so tired, I did push myself and got myself to run, but I had the option to not run due to safety concerns because there was some snow mixed with rain while I was running. I think this was the first time I ran in snow (even if it did not stick at all). Just a 1 lap + a 1 walk, still pretty cold. I am pretty sure I have run in colder though.
I admit though, my weight seems really off. As with steep weight gains, I take steep weight loss with a grain of salt.
