Some good progress but of course rest should be part of any training.
So today I rest, and I post early so I can relax and forget about training for nearly 24 hours.
I did do a light 1 lap + 1 walk, didn’t push so my time is not so great.

Also will watch my consumption, first night was tough to avoid snacking though. Will just keep on keeping on.
