Cutting out midnight snacking

I don’t think I am this heavy, I don’t recall any heavy meals yesterday, but I felt sluggish during my workout video.

I think it may be due to late night snacking, it has not properly moved through my system.  So for Lent, I will cut out midnight snacking and large portions, I will try to stay hungry.  Do  smaller meals to keep my metabolism up.

Also ran a 1 lap and walked 1, not bad time, was better yesterday.
