No doubt that weight makes a difference in my speed, but how much?
Last year, couple days before the 1/2 marathon I was 251 lbs.
See my weight below, seems like 250 is reachable at this stage, but I need to focus on my intake.
I did a good run today, show over a minute improvement on my 4plus

I’ll take it, at this rate I should be in decent running shape by March. According o my time, I am 1 minute, about week behind, last year’s fitness level.
Last year around this time I was 262 lbs, before the run I weighed in at 270.2, but my official weight puts me several weeks back.
