Ran a four plus today

which is a huge improvement over last week.  There are couple things that made my time better, less stops, better shoes, but the biggest one is that I am getting some endurance back.  Last week I started walking at the 1 mile mark, at least made it to the 2 1/2 mile mark before walking.

Just got to keep at it, it’ll come.

My weight before the run was 271.4 and my last week this time, after my run I was 268.6, so I am happy to show some improvement.  But I need to do much better, that said, there was superbowl and another party between last week Saturday’s weigh in and today.
