I guess there are going to be a lot of sacrifices in the upcoming weeks

Ran a 1 lap, better than yesterday, still slow

Time: 13:49.71

But it is better, I guess time will tell if I have improved.

I did hit the gym today, burned another 500+ calories in there, but still a busy day, look forward to a break.
