Today I ran a four plus to see how far off I was.

Last year I ran that same route on Jan 15, 2011 at 1:10 so I am not too far back.
If I can get my time under 1 hour next week, then under 50 minutes the week after that, I think I will be in running training mode by end of month.
Weight is way bad though, need to work on nutrition to fix that.
