Yesterday I posted a thing on facebook to a relative teasing her about her broken refrigerator. I filled it with a bunch of bogus incomprehensible jargon.
It got me thinking about how NOxplode is advertised in the same way. It give you all these bogus multi syllable words and it means nothing but it sways your thinking into what it may do for you.
Maybe in the future I will post something similar, to show you I can BS with the best. I tell people “I may have a BS in CS but I am a Master of BS”
Two Lap Run was awesome this morning, I did not make any milestone, but it is starting to look like I may hit the next level.

I did work out in the gym this evening, it was a good one, but I did go early and most of my buddies came in after.
I fear this weekend, I am going on a trip and may gain some weight. We’ll see, here it is today.
