It was an easy workout day. Just 1 lap run and 1 lap walk.
Also did it in the morning as to give me more than 24 hours to recover. Next time I workout it will be at tomorrow evening.
Going to try and do a 1000 cal workout, but I will do an easy workout Saturday to see if a rest will improve my performance on a long run.
Will do Lake Washington again but will also add a walk around Seward Park. Next weekend I will do a 10 mile run.
The other reason is that my fellow team mates on the Rock on Roll Marathon are running the Gladiator run. I will watch them on Saturday, furthermore it is my aunt’s birthday so I am taking time for that as well.
Weight is worrisome. It is going down. Sunday will be telling.
