Normally I don’t burn 1000 calories on the treadmill on Tuesdays, but today I did and still did my chest workout.
I was tired by then and was not able to push what I normally push. I think I will switch strategy and do a light warmup, less then 300 calories, about 15 minutes, just enough to get my heart going.
Then I will hit the weights and finish off with a long run of about 700 calories.
