This is not one a usually track but I will now, I finally benched 245, that is 2 45lb plates and a 10lb per side, basically 100lbs per side and the bar is 45lbs.
Got to admit I didn’t feel like hitting the gym today, but once I got going, I got going.
Two hours later I think I could call it a good workout.
Still need to push the running more, happy I am benching more, but need to run.
I think it my sleep is for sure impacted by the ibuprofen. No more before bed.
