Sleep Problems

I had a really hard time sleeping last night in sharp contrast with yesterday when I had an awesome sleep.

So when I went to work out today I was so weak and slow with very little energy.

I just did a 1 lap + a 1 walk.

But the good news is that I think I have identified what is causing my sleeplessness, my ibuprofen.

I will cut it out the next few days to see if it helps.
