Today is normally a rest day for me where I run a short distance. But I was decided to switch Friday and Thursday. It may have been a mistake because I cramped up in the weirdest place, my triceps.
I’ve cramped in my legs and even abdomen, but I don’t recall cramping in my triceps before.
On a side note, I was sooo tempted to buy some ice cream, glad I didn’t.
I just finished a warmup run of about 20 minutes on the treadmill at 6MPH. I did some fast benches with about 10 lbs of weight a side.
But after the last set of 25 I was cramping in my upper arms. I had to call it quits. Fellow gym member Vicki said it was a my body telling me something.
Anyway, I will still make tomorrow a light workout.
