Had a weird day, I did not sleep well yet I made it through the day.
Not sure why my body is like this, I think I will get myself checked out after my wife gets back from Hawaii.
I had a decent workout today, the interesting thing is that I used to struggle with curling 30lbs, now its easy. I know I am getting stronger.
I feel like my endurance is not measurably better but it is certainly not as bad as I thought.
